New Alien, Kingsman, Planet of the Apes, and X-Men films will be released later this year.
Hidden Figures, premiering February 17
This historical drama tells the untold true story of Katherine Johnson (Taraji P. Henson), Dorothy Vaughan (Octavia Spencer), and Mary Jackson (Janelle Monae)- the brilliant African-American mathematicians whose calculations were instrumental in NASA's victory in the famous Space Race Despite the sexism and racism they faced working in the segregated Langley Research Centre, their work made history in space exploration.

A Cure for Wellness, premiering February 24
In this beautifully shot, deeply unsettling thriller, a young executive (Dane DeHaan) looking to rise up in his company is sent to retrieve the company's CEO from a mysterious "wellness centre" up in the Swiss Alps. As he begins to suspect that the supposedly miraculous treatments the patients at the centre receive may be dangerous, he himself is diagnosed with the strange illness that has afflicted the patients, and his sanity is pushed to the breaking point as he tries to escape.

Logan, premiering March 3
Wolverine is back, and he's gone grey in this new film, where an ageing Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) fights to protect a young female clone of himself from an evil organisation.

Rules Don't Apply, premiering March 10
In this star-studded historical comedy/drama, a young aspiring actress (Lily Collins), and her ambitious chauffeur (Alden Ehrenreich) deal with the eccentricities of their famous employer, Howard Hughes, played by Warren Beatty. It doesn't help that they both are immediately attracted to each other, despite Hughes' rule against fraternisation between employees.

In this animated comedy, Alec Baldwin voices the professional baby who teams up with his older brother to rise up and demand the affection that has been denied to babies in favour of adorable puppies.

Alien: Covenant, premiering May 19
In this latest film from the Alien franchise, the crew from the spaceship Covenant finds that the paradise planet they have stumbled upon is actually filled with horrific and dangerous creatures. Michael Fassbender returns, along with Katherine Waterston, Billy Crudup, and Danny McBride.

In this inspiring comedy, a man (Chris Evans) who has been raising his orphaned niece (Mckenna Grace) must decide what the best path is for her when she is proven to be a mathematical prodigy. Also starring Jenny Slate and Octavia Spencer.

In this third film of the new Planet of the Apes series, Caesar and his army of apes must face the ruthless humans in an epic battle. Andy Serkis once again stars as Caesar, with Woody Harrelson and Steve Zahn also starring in the latest film of the classic franchise.

In this new comedy, a woman recovering from a breakup (Amy Schumer) convinces her cautious mother (Goldie Hawn) to come on a spontaneous trip to Ecuador. Not long after they arrive, however, they find themselves kidnapped in the middle of the jungle, and the mother and daughter must work together to escape.
