As All Together Now's star chef Kevin Thornton notes, music and cuisine go 'hand in hand'. It is an idea the festival is celebrating with gusto, via a mouth-watering selection of food options and events. In addition to Food for Life and Julia's Lobsters, here's what we're especially looking forward to.
Carousel
Based in the UK, this pop-up run by four cousins will make its Irish festival debut. Runners-up at this year's British GQ Food and Drink Awards, Carousel serves amazing barbequed food and hosts brunch sittings throughout the weekend.
Paul Flynn's Gospel Brunch
Speaking of brunch, Dungarvan-based chef Paul Flynn on All Together Now's Sunday will prepare a special twist on the breakfast-as-lunch concept. Inspired by Waterford's cultural heritage, the menu includes Bloody Marys made with locally-grown tomatoes, accompanied by a performance from the London Community Gospel Choir.

Deisi foods
This collaboration between local head chef Shane McGrath and pastry chef Paula Hannigan will showcase the best of Waterford produce. They've combined their talents for pop-up dining nights and cookery demos throughout All Together Now.
Meet our chefs
As well as hosting Food for Life, Kevin Thornton will put in an appearance at the does-what-it-says-on-the-tin Meet Our Chefs event. Other participants include The Restaurant's Gary O'Hanlon, Irish Chef of the Year Jess Murphy, Michelin-starred Enda McEvoy of Loam in Galway, and more.
Food stands
On top of these special events, All Together Now will boast a selection of mouth-watering food options. These include My Goodness; a Cork-based vegan company specialising in Tex-Mex favourites, Palmento; an award-winning Neapolitan wood fired pizzeria, and The Market Kitchen, which dishes up seasonal produce from market traders such as pickled fennel toasties, slow roast rose veal cabbage wraps and elderflower fizz. Yum!
