Tickets for the Workman's tribute gig in Dublin on Beatles Day are €22.50.
Dublin Beatles Festival is bringing a one-day Beatlemania party to Dublin's Workman's Club on Saturday, November 5.
The Beatlemania event will feature live music as well as an array of scheduled performances for fans of the legendary Liverpudlian band. The day will include a play, live music and a table quiz for true Beatles fans to show off their knowledge.
The Beatles-themed extravaganza starts at 2pm with Lennon & Shotton, a short play play about John Lennon and his best friend Pete Shotton.
The play follows the two teenagers through their wild years at Quarry Bank High School in Liverpool. Lennon & Shotton will be directed by festival organiser Stephen Kennedy and performed by Padraic McGinley.
At 3pm, The Beatles Table Quiz will take place; hosted by Denny and Steve from Quiz-tastic. Testing Beatles fans on their knowledge of the beloved rockers, there will be a mix of prizes to be won and costs €40 per team to take part.
Later that evening at 8pm, The Moondogs are slated to perform. The outfit last played the Dublin Beatles Festival back in 2013 when they were up-and-coming adolescents.

That will be followed by Beatles for Sale, an Irish Beatles tribute band from Tallaght who will be covering the band's greatest hits and most beloved songs like 'Hey Jude', 'Come Together', 'Here Comes The Sun' and more.
Both bands have played throughout Europe, and both have headlined at the Cavern Club in Liverpool during Beatleweek. The show will end at 10:45pm.
Tickets for the Beatlemania party at The Workman's Club are €22.50.
