The Blizzards To Play Whelan's
Following their impressive set at Electric Picnic, the Irish band have announced they will play a concert in Whelan's this winter.
After a break from the airwaves, The Blizzards came back with a bang in 2016 with tracks "Drop Down The Anchor", "Perfect on Paper" and "Show Me The Science", and have now announced their first studio album in a decade. The album, due in Autumn 2018, will be a compilation of previously unreleased tracks from the Mullingar band.
The album produced by Philip Magee, was recorded between the legendary Grouse Lodge recording studio and Dublin's very own Camden Recording Studios.
With a promise to release their Autumn/Winter Tour Dates soon, the Blizzards have announced they will play a gig at Whelan's on Thursday December 6th
Additionally, the band have released a new single, from the upcoming album, the love child of a collaboration with Tebi Rex titled "I Need a Win", which you can listen to here:
