With the aim of bringing diverse and memorable experiences to music lovers in Kildare, the first night of the Skylarks Music Club, is set to kick off this Thursday, October 11th.
The brainchild of promoter Tony Sourke, drummer Graham Hopkins and musician Sadbh O'Sullivan, Skylarks Music Club is part of an initiative to bring something fresh and unique into the community of Kildare. As something that unites people across divides, they decided music was the perfect way to do this.
Determined to prove that you shouldn't have to travel to Dublin to see live music, the event will be held in the lovely Arts and Culture Centre in Naas and starts this Thursday, featuring Cathy Davey who will perform an exclusive Phil Spector set along with talented musicians Ross Breen, Farah Elle and in-house band the Square Pegs.
