The song is a rework of Indochine's '3e sexe'.
Christine and the Queens has partnered with acclaimed French band Indochine for a new song, called “3SEX.”
The track is a reworking of the new wave group’s hit “3e sexe,” originally from their 1985 album 3. The accompanying music video features Chris and Indochine's lead singer Nicola Sirkis. It was directed by Colin Solal Cardo.
Christine and the Queens’ most recent release was an EP called La vita nuova. It was released las spring, along with the lead single 'People, I've Been Sad'.
On Twitter, Chris thanked Indochine and wrote: "Thank you @nicolasirkis @indochinetwitt for having done me the honor and the confidence of singing 3SEX with you at a time when the very word freedom takes on all its meaning and urgency. Real revolutions never die. I kiss you.”
