“There is something special in the air down here,” says festival organiser Peter Kelly. “There’s a certain gentle purple/pink hue that takes over the sky at sunset and that’s just one of many sources of inspiration I took as the idea for Common Threads was being formed”.
“I’m delighted to be working on an event like this in my hometown of Ballyvaughan”, says festival co-organiser Daithí, who will also be performing at the event. “The village has come together to help us create a really special day. It’s very much a community-based experience, and I can’t wait to welcome everyone into this lovely part of the world.”
Tickets are €80 euro and are available at Eventbrite.ie. Spaces are extremely limited.
