The Irish artist is 18 years of age.
CrybabyAmy, an incredibly gifted singer-songwriter and producer, has signed a worldwide publishing deal with BMG at just 18 years of age.
Crybabyamy joins a roster that includes the likes of David Bowie, FKA Twigs, Frank Ocean, and St. Vincent, and has found a musical home at one of the most respected music publishers in the world.
In our October A&R Department, Stuart Clark had this to say about the young pop prodigy: "Leading this month’s Irish pop charge is ‘Nobody Hears From Me Anymore’, the latest from 18-year-old Dubliner Crybabyamy, who’s been drawing Billie Eilish comparisons – which are for once totally justified."
“Really proud to have bagged myself this worldwide publishing deal with BMG," CrybabyAmy said of the signing. "This is an industry with no guarantees but I plan to make the most of it. I’m just glad to be able to show people that emotions are certainly not useless, and can get you a lot further in life than people like to tell you.”
