The supernatural thriller is set open at Dublin’s 3Olympia Theatre this summer with an exceptional, freestanding Irish Production.
The critically acclaimed play 2.22 - A Ghost story will be performing for a limited run in Dublin from 21 June, 2024 to 11 August.
2:22 - A Ghost Story has been running for almost three years, starting in summer 2021 at London’s Noël Coward Theatre. This first production, starring Lily Allen, Julia Chane, Hadley Fraser and Jake Wood, received the WhatOnStage award for best play, and was nominated for three Olivier Awards. It toured to various stages across England, before finally setting off on its UK tour in Autumn 2023. The thriller has now played across five continents.

The award-winning writer and journalist is already well known for some of his critical and commercial successes, such as Rudy’s Rare Records, and End of the Pier, receiving high praises from publications from the likes of The Guardian, who called him a “high priest of the paranormal” in a 2023 article.

While the list of the Irish casting has yet to come out (we’ll have to wait until April 2024), Matthew Dunster and Isabel Marr are already announced as the prestigious directors of its 3Olympia production.
Tickets sales begin on Friday 22nd March at 10am, although registration for priority access to pre-sale tickets are already open.
