Daphne Guinness has collaborated with David LaChapelle for her latest music video. “Heaven” is Guinness’ most recent single, from her critically-acclaimed new album ‘Revelations,’ and was recorded with David Bowie producer Tony Visconti.

Guinness, who grew in up in Ireland, is better known in international fashion circles for her friendships with Alexander McQueen and Isabella Blow. Most recently, actress Catherine O’Hara revealed that Guinness was the style inspiration for her character Moria Rose on the hit Netflix show Schitt's Creek.

LaChapelle, who has worked with everyone from Elton John to Nicki Minaj, has collaborated with Guinness previously. In 2009, LaChapelle photographed Guinness in Dublin’s Wax Museum while the photographer was in Ireland presenting his “American Jesus” exhibition.

Guinness describes the new track as “a classic heartbreak anthem,” which references the “glamorous golden era Hollywood” while considering “the death of the American dream.” Guinness' creative partnership with Tony Visconti was forged via an introduction from his long-standing collaborator, David Bowie. “Bowie was a huge influence on me,” says Guinness. “He mentored and encouraged me to pursue music. It was him that introduced me to Tony.”
