Made up of school friends Mollie McGinn and Orlaith Forsythe; the group rose to prominence after recording a cover of 'Oh Well' by Fleetwood Mac, which has garnered over a million views on YouTube.
The countdown is on for Dea Matrona to take to Dublin's Aloft Hotel's rooftop as they are set to perform an intimate gig on Wednesday.
School friends Mollie McGinn and Orlaith Forsythe are set to deliver a powerful set next week, surrounded by the chic interior of the iconic venue.
Punchy, unapologetic, and driven, the group is leading the charge of rock revival with an ever-growing repertoire of undeniably addicting tracks.
Their career has been nothing short of incredibly successful so far. After releasing their debut EP Away From the Tide in 2019, they have shared four singles — with 'Make You My Star' claiming the No. 1 spot on both UK and Irish iTunes Rock Charts.
They were also voted 'Most Promising Act' in the Hot Press 2021 Readers Poll, and graced the stage of the RTÉ Late Late Show in March of last year.
The pair have since shared their latest single, 'Glory Glory (I Am Free)', back in February. The acclaimed track makes use of a warm acoustic base, topped with heart-rending harmonies.

The band have honed their astonishing live skills, taking their live energy to a national tour, Reading & Leeds Festival, as well as to support the likes of iDKHOW, Gerry Cinnamon, Van Morrison, and much more.
The team over at Aloft are running a giveaway over on their Instagram to be in with a chance of winning four VIP passes to the highly-anticipated gig. Be sure to check it out below!
