Demi posted a photo to her Instagram with the 'Ghost' singer and it seems as though they've resolved their differences.
Halsey had opened up in an interview with Paper Magazine this month about how queer identities are represented in popular music.
She was asked about songs by straight female stars which talk about experimental hookups with other women, and it turns out her opinion is pretty strong.
"Bisexuality as a taboo,' the singer said. "'Don't tell your mom' or 'We shouldn't do this' or 'This feels so wrong but it's so right'. That narrative is so fucking damaging to bisexuality and its place in society. That's something I've had to fight my whole life and something I still fight."
Halsey's comments were important, but some thought she was taking shots at Demi Lovato's 2015 hit 'Cool For The Summer,' for the line "don't tell your mother." Not long after the article was published, Lovato shared her thoughts on Twitter.
You know a song is a hit when people are still talking about the lyrics two years later. ?‘??#shhhhdonttellyourmother

Halsey never responded to the tweet, although many others came to her defence.
However, it appears the two have cleared things up, with Lovato posting a selfie with Halsey on Instagram yesterday captioned "Ran into this beauty today", along with a love heart.
