The Dublin Podcast Festival is back by popular demand for the third year in a row. Organisers have started rolling out the lineup and it will include podcasts of all sorts from comedy to crime to history.
Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark will be doing a live recording of their #1 New York Times Bestselling podcast, My Favorite Murder. Due to selling out their 24 November show, organisers added a second date on 25 November.
Podcast host Deborah Frances-White of The Guilty Feminist will appear with a yet-to-be-named special guest. Together, they will discuss their goals as 21st century feminists in contrast to the undermining paradoxes and insecurities.
A Gay and a NonGay, the UK’s #1 LGBTQ+ podcast featuring friends James Barr and Dan Hudson will have a discussion between LGBTQ+ and NonGay people, presumably in their absurdly simple but hilarious style.
Following their sold-out show at Vodafone Comedy Festival, comedy duo The 2 Johnnies will have their biggest live show yet. Covering riding, Gaelic games, and parish news, The 2 Johnnies are a success story in the podcast world, placing them as #1 on Ireland’s podcast charts every week for 80 weeks.

IT GALZ LIVE were a hit at last year’s podcast festival and will return with their biggest headliner to date this year. GALZ Podcast is a dose of cultural commentary by Jenny Claffey and Lindsay Hamilton. The ladies give their personal takes on a variety of topics from pop culture to women's issues, through their comedic and sometimes satirical lens.
For the third consecutive year, Ireland’s favourite Podcaster and #1 bestselling Author BlindBoy will return for two nights in Vicar Street, 19th and 24th November. The Podcast not only indoctrinates mental health issues, but also reaches further into a wide spectrum of current topics, be it gun laws, feminism, racism, or even history.
For history buffs, The Dollop is another history podcast, this time focused on American history. In each episode, history buff Dave Anthony reads one weird and disturbing story from the American past to his friend Gareth, who has never heard the tale. Their comedic chemistry is credited for The Dollop being in the top 20 downloaded comedy podcasts in the US, Canada, and Australia.
