Sheeran joined the Northern Irish band in their closing set to sing 'Bad Habits' and 'Just Say Yes'.
Ed Sheeran surprised fans at Latitude this Sunday (July 24) after appearing on stage during Snow Patrol's headlining set.
First held in 2006, this was the first year the festival was fully held following the Covid-19 pandemic. Headlining alongside UK artists like Lewis Capaldi and Foals, the Bangor-formed band took to the stage to close out the weekend with a surprise up their sleeve.

As Snow Patrol came to the end of their main set, the band surprised fans by bringing Sheeran out to play a rendition of his hit song 'Bad Habits'. The Suffolk singer-songwriter then returned to the stage to assist with the last song in Snow Patrol's set, 'Just Say Yes'.

This is far from the first time Sheeran has collaborated with Snow Patrol. In addition to sharing the stage with them multiple times - including a secret set at Latitude in 2015 where they performed 'Chasing Cars' - Sheeran has been co-writing with Johnny McDaid for years.
Sheeran was in attendance at a wedding in Derry back in 2017 as Brid McDaid, the sister of Snow Patrol guitarist/pianist Johnny, got married at Beech Hill Hotel in Ardmore.
Snow Patrol's latest EP Taken From The Fireside is set to release in August 21, with all proceeds going towards the Trussell Trust to tackle hunger and poverty in the UK.
