The best and probably strangest found footage collective of all time, Everything Is Terrible!, comes to Dublin for one show on the 22nd of October 2019. The ensemble tours its movie The Great Satan that tells the story of Lucifer through a collage of old and forgotten VHS tapes.

The video blogging website attracted attention at the end of the 2000s for posting found footage videos that consisted of strange, funny and generally unusual VHS tapes. They recontextualised the material whereby they created such iconic products like So Your Cat Wants A Massage?.

The Everything Is Terrible! ensemble is also famous for collecting every Jerry Maguire VHS tape it can get its hand on. They even set up a gofundme campaign in 2016 to build a pyramid out of the tapes.

Everything Is Terrible! released numerous movies since their breakthrough in 2009. Now their latest cinematic adventure The Great Satan gets the live show treatment and is shown on stages all over Europe.

The only Irish show takes place on Tuesday, 22nd of October 2019 at the Liberty Hall Theatre in Dublin. Tickets are on sale for 21 €. Be sure to bring your Jerry Maguire tape with you!
