Visual storyteller Ruairí Mac Uilín Nullain, Filmore! and friends will join forces for the event.
Award-winning experimental artist Filmore! is curating an audiovisual experience, titled 'Metronome', for The National Concert Hall next Friday (July 7th).
Filmore! (Max Zanga) is enlisting some of his friends for an evening of live music, paired with the talents of visual storyteller Ruairí Mac Uilín Nullain.
Max Zanga is one half of alternative hip-hop duo Tebi Rex, who have released two albums to date and toured Ireland, UK and Europe. Recently, Zanga teamed up with MothMon on 'Ingrid's Song', mixed by Irish producer Layen (who will appear at the National Concert Hall).
Tebi Rex recently returned with 'IMTHEBEST' in March this year, referring to it as "a delusional song because we're delusional people": "We're artists, that's how we're supposed to be," Matt O'Baoill and Max quipped.
Meanwhile, Zanga released his debut single under the Filmore! moniker, 'Where's Your Hall Pass?', in June 2022 using sounds of electronic, punk and drum 'n' bass.

Commissioned by Dublin Fringe Festival in 2022, his Filmore! project combined striking visuals and imagery while exploring the complexities of youth and nostalgia, going on to receive the George Fitzmaurice Award for experimental art.
Musically, the multi-hyphenate has received acclaim from the likes of Hot Press, Earmilk, Alfitude and featured on the Misfits 2.0 Spotify playlist.
