A first-look image of Riviera season two has been revealed ahead of its May 23 premiere date.

Riviera's first season was Sky Atlantic's most successful original drama ever, drawing in over 20 million downloads and views, despite being disavowed by its own creator, Neil Jordan (The Crying Game, The Borgias).

Season two of Riviera will pick up where season one left off, as Georgina (Julia Stiles) attempts to get away with murder while holding onto her power and stature in the Clios household and art world.

The second season promises more of the opulence, power struggles and drama that characterized the first season.
