Jameson has announced an exclusive livestreamed show for Irish fans with one of the country’s biggest acts, Fontaines D.C., as part of the launch of its new 'Widen the Circle' campaign.
The Dublin post-punk outfit are returning to their homeland to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in style with a one-off special show at The Complex on March 16th.
Fans can expect songs from Dogrel, A Hero's Death and upcoming album Skinty Fia to be performed by the Grammy nominated band. Most recent single 'I Love You' marks the second song to emerge from Fontaines D.C.'s forthcoming new album, which lands on April 22nd on Partisan Records.
For a band whose hometown courses through their veins, the album finds them trying to resolve the need to broaden their horizons with the affection they still feel for the land and people they’ve left behind following a recent relocation to London.
The post-punk rockers and BIMM Dublin grads will play homecoming shows at Dublin's Iveagh Gardens on July 2nd and 3rd, 2022.

Irish singer and rapper Biig Piig (Jessica Smyth), is based in West London and is signed to RCA Records. After releasing three EPs on RCA Records, Smyth shared The Sky Is Bleeding last May to critical and commercial acclaim. Her big break came in 2017 after performing a COLORS show in Berlin for their YouTube channel, after the group heard her single 'Vice City' on Soundcloud.
Kean Kavanagh is an artist, producer and co-founder of Soft Boy Records, the label he runs alongside his best friend and rapper, Kojaque. Kean had previously pulled the strings behind the scenes; but is now becoming one of the most exciting names on the emerging music scene. A story-teller, word-smith and dexterous musician with a strong imagination, Kavanagh has credits across Kojaque's Town’s Dead album. Following his 2020 project Dog Person, the artist returned last year with new single 'Summer Nights'.
Hosted by alternative R&B singer Monjola (of Chamomile Records and 'Smile' single fame in particular), fans can apply for tickets to attend this exclusive gig via Jameson Connects now. Those unable to secure tickets for the show need not worry as it will be available to stream globally at 8pm on St. Patricks Day.
Widen The Circle builds on Jameson’s long held belief that life is better when shared. Following two years of missed connections, Jameson are encouraging people this St. Patricks Day, and beyond, to Widen their Circle and invite others in for moments of authentic human connection.
