With the stars back together on our screens, it's sure to be a holly, jolly Christmas.
Writers of hit BBC sit-com, Gavin & Stacey, James Corden and Ruth Jones have reconvened to pen a once off Christmas special of the show.
During its run, the show won multiple awards, including a BAFTA and spanned for three series and a Christmas special from 2007 to 2010.
James Corden shared the front page of the script on Twitter, announcing the good news.
Ruth Jones and I have been keeping this secret for a while... We’re excited to share it with you. See you on Christmas Day @BBCOne #GavinandStacey pic.twitter.com/gTRa3cp90t

“Over the last ten years we’ve talked a lot about Gavin and Stacey - where they might be today and what their lives might look like. And so in secret we took the plunge and wrote this one hour special," say Ruth Jones and James Corden, "We’ve loved revisiting Barry and Essex again and bringing the characters back together has been a joy. We’re so excited to get the chance to work with our fabulous cast and crew once more and to give fans of the show a festive treat this Christmas. Thank you BBC for helping to make this happen.”
The show stars the eponymous Gavin (Mathew Horne) of Essex, England and Stacey (Joanna Page) of Barry, Wales and the wacky hijinks they and their family and friends get up to when they decide to get married.
The Christmas special will air this Christmas.
