New additions to the Glastonbury 2022 lineup include AJ Tracey, Jamie T, Ziggy Marley, Kae Tempest, Yungblud, Little Dragon, Pa Salieu, Sea Girls and the Libertines.
Glastonbury festival have added a slate of artists to their 2022 line-up, announcing full details of the stage billings and BBC coverage across the vast site.
Irish acts performing include Fontaines D.C., Róisín Murphy, Inhaler, Joy Crookes, Idles, Bicep and The Waterboys.
Fresh additions to the lineup include hit rapper AJ Tracey, indie icon Jamie T, reggae prince Ziggy Marley, spoken word act Kae Tempest, pop-punk hero Yungblud, Little Dragon, London rapper Pa Salieu, indie-rockers Sea Girls and the Libertines.
Until today, the only slots given timing information were Billie Eilish, Paul McCartney and Kendrick Lamar headlining the Pyramid stage, with Diana Ross on Sunday teatime.
Supporting Billie Eilish’s Friday slot will be Sam Fender, whose second album Seventeen Going Under was a runaway chart and critic hit. Robert Plant & Alison Krauss and Wolf Alice will hit the stage ahead of the Geordie indie rocker.

Before Paul McCartney will be Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, making his solo debut at the festival, with Haim and AJ Tracey beforehand. Lorde will warm up for Kendrick Lamar on Sunday, with Elbow playing between the New Zealand Solar Power singer and Diana Ross earlier in the afternoon.
82-year-old jazz artist Herbie Hancock, whose career spans seven decades, will also perform ahead of Diana Ross.
The Other stage headliners are Foals on Friday, followed by St Vincent, Idles and Supergrass; Megan Thee Stallion on a pop-facing Saturday, with Burna Boy, Olivia Rodrigo and Glass Animals in support; and Pet Shop Boys on Sunday with their highly regarded tour performances.
Leading up to them will be Dublin's Fontaines D.C., Kacey Musgraves and Years & Years, sparking hopes of a team-up for Pet Shop Boys classic 'It’s a Sin', which Olly Alexander covered with Elton John.
Little Simz, Róisín Murphy and Bicep will all play rousing sets to headline the West Holts stage, while Primal Scream, Jamie T and Charli XCX are to headline the John Peel tent.
On Saturday, June 25, Róisín Murphy's headline will be preceded by Black Midi, Caribou, Celeste, and Leon Bridges. You can also catch the singer at the Body & Soul festival taking place June 17-19 at the Ballinlough Castle Estate. She will headline Saturday night, performing her fifth solo album, Róisín Machine.

Sunday afternoon in the John Peel tent and Sunday evening on the scenic Park stage are times with artists yet to be confirmed.
Harry Styles fans have eagerly spotted a gap in his tour schedule during Glastonbury weekend, with detectives wondering whether Taylor Swift will put in an appearance. The folklore musician was booked to headline the festival in 2020 before it was cancelled by Covid-19.
Elton John is playing in Bristol on Sunday 26 June, with a show-free day on Saturday. The English music veteran might show face during Paul McCartney’s performance.
Dance music A-listers include Calvin Harris at Arcadia; Fatboy Slim at Sonic and the Gas Tower; and Carl Cox, Andy C, CamelPhat and Annie Mac all playing the surrounds of the Glade. Four Tet has four sets, remaining one of the hardest-working artists at this year’s festival.
Suzanne Vega, Richard Thompson, the Waterboys, Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott and a 79-year-old Tony Christie are performing on the Acoustic stage.
