To take advantage of the rising tide, we are looking for someone of exceptional sales ability, who will:
Continue to develop our sales with leading advertising agencies -provide solutions - leverage relationships and deliver results!
Contribute directly to the rapid growth and development of sales and sponsorship revenues across all of our activities
Help to develop fresh ideas and platforms which will enhance the success of the company

Candidates for this vital role should ideally have:

Significant experience in on either side of the advertising agency/media owner relationship
An understanding of the current media landscape and revenue opportunities
A knowledge of how to proactively generate sales and meet revenue targets
The ability to communicate, create pitches and make presentations
A grasp of digital and social media and how to build 360 campaigns for clients
A command of the music and youth culture landscape and the fantastic opportunities it offers…
An instinct for team-work, collaboration, problem-solving and getting things done to a high standard
The desire, and the work ethic, to achieve your full potential as part of our management team
