Entrepreneur turned author Harrie Crosbie launched his new book El Furtivo at the storied Vicar St venue yesterday evening.
The book contains a colourful collection of short stories, tragic and hilarious in equal measure - these proper Dublin tales encapsualte the idosyncraises of the city's characters, both old and new.
El Furtivo earns its place in Ireland's rich storytelling heritage, as Crosbie discusses masculinity, modernity and what it means to be a Dubliner.
In the book, and exclusively featured in the latest edition of Hot Press, is a particualrly exhilerating passage which vididly details the time when the author joined U2 on tour in Italy and France for 24 hours.

El Furtivo also gives back to the city from which its stories were born, with all proceeds from the book going to local homeless charities in Dublin.
