Harvey Weinstein Slapped By A "Fan"!
Video footage has emerged of the disgraced Hollywood movie mogul being hit twice on the face by a fan after he refused to pose for a selfie with him!
The incident happened at an upscale restaurant in Arizona, after a man identified as Steve felt that Weinstein was "extremely rude” and “belligerent” when he requested a photograph together.
On the video footage, the man can be heard repeatedly insulting Weinstein, calling him a "piece of shit", before reaching out to hit him twice.
But Steve's version of events have now been questioned. The restaurant's owner contradicted the man's version of the story and told TMZ that Weinstein had been "sweet" during his time there.
TMZ also posted audio tape of the incident that that they say proves that Steve was "clearly not telling the truth" about the alleged incident.
The man in question admitted to TMZ that he had “quite a bit to drink” at the time.
It's being reported this morning that Weinstein won't press charges.
