This is the second highest opening of the year in Ireland behind Disney’s own Beauty and the Beast. The three day opening in Ireland is an out of this world €1,203,486, which sees this hilarious cosmic adventure shoot past the €555,715 opening weekend figure for the original Guardians of the Galaxy film, at the speed of light.
