The upcoming Marvel adventure will probably bring together as many superheroes as never before. Now Zoe Saldana also confirmed that she will be back on the screens in green.
It was assumed for a long time that the Guardians of the Galaxy will make an appearance in the new Avengers movie, but so far this were only speculations – until now. Saldana told MTV News that she will reprise her role as Gamora in Avengers: Infinity War.
When asked about her part in the movie, she also revealed that she didn’t read the script yet: "I don't know when they're going to let me read it," and she continued "I'm not looking forward to the five hours of green make-up, but every time I finally arrive on set, I feel so happy and lucky to be there."
As the adoptive daughter of Thanos, the antagonist of the movie, it was very likely for Gamora to appear in Infinity War. If her fellow planet-hopping crew will join her on the screen is not confirmed yet, but it can be expected that the Guardians, including Chris Pratt, Vin Diesel & co, will take part in the Marvel film. It is also said that Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange will return as the Sorcerer Supreme.
So although the fans still don’t have a full list of the cast, it’s obvious that for the directors Anthony and Joe Russo it will be hard work to get all of the characters on the screen at the same time.

Hard work also waits for the heroes of the movie: Infinity War will concern the clash of the Marvel heroes with the Guardians of the Galaxy villain Thanos. It will hit the UK cinemas on April 27, 2018.
Saldana also confirmed that she will reprise her role in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 which will premiere on April 28, 2017.
