Said Taghmaoi ,seen recently in another comic book outing Wonder Woman, will be joining the fray as the villainous Shadow king , a character who can possess the bodies of humans and will this season by played by Taghmaoi and returning cast members Aubrey Plaza and Jermaine Clement.
According to IndieWire, Hawley said that main character and psychic David, who was trapped inside a flying orb last time we saw him, "will obviously have to find his way back to the others".
The romantic relationship between David and Sydney is still the heart of the show but Hawley stated that “If Season 1 was the honeymoon, then in Season 2 they’re going to have to figure out how this will actually work.”
