The 3Arena Dublin event is set to take place this Saturday (October 23).
Ireland's Biggest ‘90s Disco at the 3Arena will be fully seated following yesterday’s announcement of new guidelines concerning nightlife.
Promoters of the event outlined their plans for the all ages live show as per government guidelines, which includes mandatory mask wearing in public areas of the venue and proof of Covid vaccination.
Standing tickets for the event can be exchanged for seated tickets on a first come first served basis on Saturday. Entry to the event will require a Covid vaccination certificate and proof of ID.
Doors will open at 5:30pm to accommodate ticket exchanges and Covid checks. Only card payments will be accepted inside the venue. Tickets for the event are still available from Ticketmaster with refunds available for those who are unable to attend.
This is the fourth time the ‘90s disco party has been held at the 3Arena. The four-hour event was slated to take place last August but was postponed. The concert will include live performances from GALA, 2 Unlimited, Alice Deejay, Robin, Atomic Kitten, and the Spice Girls Show.

It's set to be an action packed evening, described by promoters as an “immersive experience.” The concert is set to feature fancy dress flash mobs, CO2 jets, fireworks and special effects.
There were fears that nightclubs and music venues would not open at all after comments made by Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly earlier in the month. The latest guideline updates means audience members at music, drama, live entertainment and sporting events will be fully seated with standing permitted at seats.
Standing-only events will not be permitted under the new guidelines. The use of masks, vaccine certificates and physical distancing measures will remain in place until February 2022.
