‘MarianMarythe6th Confirmation Name Jane’ makes a return to the stage with her latest performance set in Dublin
Up-and-coming Irish drag performer MarianMarythe6th is hosting her show Song of Theys in Smock Alley Theatre from December 6 to 11.
After a sold-out run at Dublin Fringe Festival last year, Songs Of Theys is back with boundary-pushing artistry and charismatic stage presence. Known for their ability to blend humour, emotion, and political commentary, Marian uses drag as a platform to elevate queer voices and stories.
Show producer Marcela Parducci says, "This production is not just about performance—it's about visibility, representation, and celebrating the beauty of every “They”. We want to create a space where people feel seen and heard."

They most recently appeared as ‘Boyfriend’ in Enda Walsh's Safehouse produced by The Abbey Theatre, Dublin. They toured the UK earlier this year with Marie Jones’s Stones in His Pockets directed by Jake Smith.
Smock Alley Theatre describes the show experience saying, "Extravagant robes dripped in gold, sacramental wine and putting other people's bodies in your mouth… Mass or a Gay Bar?"
"This show doesn’t just blur the lines between the two; it sticks them in a blender and serves the audience a delicious smoothie that leaves them feeling revitalised, energised and ready to dismantle the patriarchy."
MarianMarythe6th is slated to perform on the 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 of December this year, tickets and additional information about the performance can be found here.
