The tour features two nights at Dublin's 3Olympia Theatre.
James Vincent McMorrow announced a week of "very special Irish shows" this morning following his decision to cancel his US and Canadian tour in March.
The tour will kick off in Cork's Cypress Avenue before heading to Dublin for two nights at 3Olympia Theatre on April 19 and 20.
The shows will conclude in Belfast's Limelight and Limerick's Milk Market.
"I honestly can't think of any better way to celebrate the return of everything in Ireland than to put on another show as soon as I can," the singer-songwriter shared on his Instagram. "So we're going to play for you all in Cork to kick off what's going to be a very special week of Irish shows."
Tickets will be on sale from this Wednesday, February 9th.

In addition to these dates, McMorrow has also scheduled two Whelan's shows that will take place on March 10th and 11th. All the proceeds from the gigs will go to Women's Aid.
With the help of a few music industry friends, night one will be all about '00s indie-rock while the second night will celebrate the emo-genre.
McMorrow said of the shows: "It felt like the right time to do this, to all be in the same room again singing absolute classics at the top of our lungs, laughing, crying, dancing I’ve missed all that stuff so much. I'll be doing a lot of the singing, I'll also be roping in as many guest performers as I can find in the next couple months. I've already got some great people signed up to do it!"
McMorrow's last major release was 2021's Grapefruit Seasons.
