To take advantage of the rising tide, we are looking for someone of exceptional sales ability, managerial calibre and creative strength, who will:

– Deal with leading brands, clients and ad agencies to build relationships and maximise revenue
– Contribute directly to the rapid growth and development of sales and sponsorship revenues across all of our activities
– Lead a team of highly capable and well motivated sales staff to new heights of achievement
– Help to develop fresh ideas and platforms which will enhance the success of the company

Candidates for this vital role should ideally have:

– Significant experience in a sales management role
– An understanding of the current media landscape and revenue opportunities
– A knowledge of how to proactively generate sales and meet revenue targets
– The ability to communicate, create pitches and make presentations
– A grasp of digital and social media and how to build 360 campaigns for clients
– A command of the music and youth culture landscape and the fantastic opportunities it offers…
– An instinct for team-work, collaboration, problem-solving and getting things done to a high standard
– The desire, and the work ethic, to achieve your full potential as part of our management team
