Comedy superstar John Bishop is returning to Ireland next year to play a one-off show in Cork. John Bishop Live at the Marquee will take place on June 18.

Tickets are from €39.50 and go on sale this Thursday, December 5 at 9am.

Before John Bishop will take the stage at Live At The Marquee, he will return to Ireland for a comedy night at Dublin's 3Arena to raise money for The Seán Cox Rehabilitation Trust.

In September this year, Virgin Media One broadcast John Bishop's Ireland – a four part once-in-a-lifetime, 600 mile road trip around the Ireland, taking a deep dive into Irish culture. A rollicking and hilarious voyage that followed John discovering the country's iconic sights and quirky customs and performing his comedy along the way - from a small and cramped gig in a Limerick pub, through to the biggest stage in all of Ireland.

John Bishop joins the likes of Orbital, Crowded House and Yusuf/Cat Stevens who are all confirmed to play at next year's Live At The Marquee.
