Tickets for Kate Tempest's Dublin show go on sale this Friday.
Following her stunning headliner at Vicar St back in November, Kate Tempest is set to return to Dublin. The award-winning poet, rapper and playwright has announced a special solo spoken word performance at The Abbey Theatre on April 26.
Over the last decade, Kate Tempest has radically reinvented the art of spoken word. Her accolades include Next Generation Poet by the Poetry Book Society and the Ted Hughes Award for Brand New Ancients – while her albums, Everybody Down and Let Them Eat Chaos were both nominated for the Mercury Music Prize, as well as gaining her a nomination for Best Female Solo Performer at the 2018 Brit Awards.
Her latest studio album The Book of Traps and Lessons, produced by Rick Rubin, was released in 2019.
