The LA District Attorney has declined to pursue certain sex crime cases against Kevin Spacey, Steven Seagal and Anthony Anderson.
It was alleged that Spacey had sexually assaulted a man in 1992 and Seagal was accused of sexually assaulting an 18-year-old teenage girl in 1993.
These particular cases against both Spacey and Seagal were dropped because the statute of limitations had passed, local authorities explained.
However, Kevin Spacey could still face charges in LA as authorities there are investigating claims that he sexually assaulted a man in Malibu in October 2016.
While in Anderson's case, the LA District Attorney decided to drop the case because the alleged victim declined to be interviewed again after filing her initial report.

“The reporting party has declined to be interviewed by the investigating officer,” LA authoritiesexplained. “The interview is a necessary piece of the investigation. Prosecution is declined due to lack of sufficient evidence to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the allegations.”
Apart from Spacey's ongoing investigation over the alleged incident in Malibu in 2016, the disgraced Hollywood star is under investigation for five complaints made against him in the UK.
Since the start of the #MeToo movement, Spacey has been accused of sexual assault or misconduct by 30 men.
