Comeback and will include performances from some of the county's top musicians.
Kildare Culture has announced a series of livestream shows called Comeback to promote Kildare artists.
The series will be presented by MayKay and is slated to feature performances from Bell X1, Paddy Casey, Arlene Bailey, Amy Rowlett, JyellowL, Sive and Megan O’Neill. Comeback will run from October 7th to 15th.
After initially finding fame as the frontwoman of indie-punk band Fight Like Apes, Comeback host MayKay went on to join Le Galaxie and perform solo. She is also a regular presence on our screens, hosting music shows like Other Voices and recent RTÉ special Imbolc, which featured the likes of Erica Cody, Loah and Wyvern Lingo.
There are more acts to be announced for the already star-studded line up, which aims to "showcase Kildare’s incredible musical diversity and talent.”
With more artists set to join the line up over the coming weeks, the festival of Kildare’s creative spirit comes to showcase the counties incredible musical diversity and talent.
