Kitt Philippa and U.M.A.N have been announced as special guests with the Dublin Gospel Choir headline two-day event in March, hosted by St. Patrick's Festival and Selective Memory. The event will be held on Monday, March 16 and Tuesday, March 17 at Pepper Canister Church.

The Dublin Gospel Choir are a versatile and vibrant group of performers with a passion for uplifting and energising with powerful voices and rich harmonies. Performances by the DGC include music festivals in Ireland and across Europe. They are well known for their annual slot at the internationally-acclaimed boutique festival Electric Picnic, sharing the stage with music industry heavyweights such as Rod Stewart, John Legend, Outkast and Take That.

Kitt Philippa’s influences have been broad, and their song-writing and performances reflect contemporary urban and digital soundscapes. The Armagh native released their debut album Human in October 2019 to widespread critical acclaim.

U.M.A.N, whose real name is Brian Flanagan, first came to light with his break-out single ‘Flamin’ Day’, which became one of the most played Irish songs on Irish radio in 2017, and he has released several singles since. Known for his inspiring and uplifting lyrics, he is fresh from finishing his debut album, so 2020 promises to be a big year for U.M.A.N.
