Kylie Minogue has vowed that the Guinness "will be on me" next time she gets to our shores, after being forced to cancel last night's gig in Dublin and tonight's gig in Belfast (Monday, 8 October).
As part of her Golden Tour, the 50-year-old had arrived in Dublin on Friday and was due to play the 3Arena and Belfast's SSE. But the Australian singer was forced to cancel her two Irish gigs because a "throat infection has led to vocal strain"
"I’m so sorry to let you know that I can’t do tonight’s Dublin or tomorrow’s Belfast shows," she tweeted.
"I’ve been trying everything possible to be well enough to perform for you but a throat infection has led to vocal strain."
But Kylie Minogue has promised to get back over as soon as humanly possible.

"We’re working on rescheduling and more details will follow. I’m so, so sorry to let you down and thank you for your understanding."
Aiken Promotions have apologised for any inconvenience and are asking ticket holders to hold onto their tickets while they sort out rescheduling the dates.

And a fan named Grace said: "I’m very very sorry it came off that way, I really mean no disrespect. But living where I live I never know when I’ll ever get the opportunity to see her live, so I’m just, you know, sad it didn’t work out."
Another of Kyle's followers, Julie Osborne tweeted: "I feel sorry for you. You must be disappointed. Hope you can still enjoy your break and get to see her again soon. Xx."
