Former Taoiseach Leo Varadkar is set to give his "first in-depth interview" since stepping down on tomorrow night's The Late Late Show, RTÉ have announced today.
According to the show, Varadkar will "reveal all about his decision to step down in a Late Late Show exclusive."
The Dublin politician announced that he was resigning as Taoiseach and Fine Gael leader last month.
"When I became Party Leader and Taoiseach back in June 2017, I knew that one part of leadership is knowing when the time has come to pass on the baton to someone else," he said at the time. "And then having the courage to do it. That time is now."
He went on to state that his reasons for stepping down were "personal and political, but mainly political."
