Actress takes to Twitter to defend Trump.
This Fourth of July weekend, Lindsay Lohan took to Twitter to express her support for Trump and his family. Lohan responded to a tweet about Trump offering support for a terminally-ill British baby, writing, “THIS IS our president,” urging people to stop ‘bullying’ him and “start trusting him.” The actress also decided to stand up for the first family this weekend in another tweet, writing, “As An American, why speak poorly of anyone?”
Potential explanations for the Mean Girls and Parent Trap actress’ sudden surge of patriotism could include, but are not limited to:
1. Another case of Freaky Friday syndrome in which Trump and Lohan actually switched bodies a few months ago, and the USA is currently being run by Lindsay Lohan.
2. Lohan is actually working on a Burn Book of the 38th President but is pretending to be his friend in the meantime.
3. Really hard to grasp sarcasm
My bets are on the second option.
THIS IS our president. Stop #bullying him & start trusting him. Thank you personally for supporting #THEUSA

Lohan seems to have mastered the art of forgiveness regarding Trump’s sexist remarks about her which resurfaced this January. In a 2004 interview with Howard Stern, the two men debated whether Lohan was “hot,” and Trump stated, "She's probably deeply troubled and therefore great in bed. How come the deeply troubled women, you know, deeply, deeply troubled, they're always the best in bed?"
When asked about the interview this year, Lohan wished Trump the best, saying, “We live in a world of societies that consistently find fault in people. I think it’s a really scary factor. Taking someone else down is never the answer, and I think we all know that."
