UK hip-hop staple Dave has shared a new track, 'Starlight', that sees his trademark flow over-top a hummed rendition of Sinatra's 'Fly Me to the Moon'.
Along with the new single, the south London native shared a music video directed by himself along with Nathan Tettey. Playing on the DIY nature of the single, the video starts off simple, showing Dave performing his latest offering in an apartment with panoramic city scapes.
Later the rapper, along with a few models, appears in front of line-ups and neon studio backdrops.

Last year, Dave dropped his second full-length LP We're Alone in This Together. The album's title was inspired by a FaceTime conversation between the Streatham native and famed composer Hans Zimmer while the two were collaborating on the music for Planet Earth: A Celebration documentary on the BBC.

In an interview with GQ, Dave described the album as: "self-aware. There's magic to it. Less concept, more canon. It's a whole journey."
His 2019 debut album, Psychodrama, received widespread critical acclaim including that year's Mercury Prize beating out musicians like The 1975, slowthai, black midi, Foals and Little Simz.
The rapper is currently finishing up a UK and Ireland tour promoting We're Alone in This Together. Yesterday (March 3), the tour hit Dublin as Dave played an electric show at the 3Arena. Check out Hot Press' live report of the show, here.
Later this year, Dave is set to return to Dublin at Marlay Park's Longitude festival alongside A$AP Rocky, Doja Cat, Megan Thee Stallion and more.
