Watch Matthew Harris' stunning set on the Y&E Series below – supported by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media.
Having established himself as a remarkable force in Irish music through his collaborations with Malaki, Matthew Harris has stepped into the spotlight as a spectacular solo artist this year. Drawing influence from the likes of James Blake, Brockhampton and Arlo Parks, the Dublin-based artist also releases his production-based work under the moniker CHAMELEON – including a recent collaboration with Lucy McWilliams on 'YOU KNOW'.
Kicking things off with longtime collaborator Malaki, the multi-instrumentalist sang their unique version of Van Morrison's 'Someone Like You'.
Harris then played an unreleased track that is "hopefully [his] next single", before launching into a stunning cover of Paolo Nutini's 'Better Man'. His heartbreaking debut single 'A Difficult Winter' also had its live debut.
