The new edition of the Hot Press Lockdown Sessions' Y&E Series continues with Tolü Makay – supported by the Department of Media, Tourism, Arts, Culture, Sport and the Gaeltacht.
Since first dipping her toes into music by singing in church as a child, Tolü Makay has fast become one of Ireland's most thrilling talents. Ahead of the release of her debut EP, BEING, in October, she shared her latest single, 'Don't Let Go, last month.
Makay showcased her effortlessly incredible vocals with 'Let Me In', before moving straight into 'Ocean', and a newer track called 'Don't Let Go'.

Thursday, October 1: JACOB KOOPMAN
A Dublin-based singer-songwriter with Bali roots, Jacob Koopman initially built up his ever-growing following busking on Grafton Street. He has since played Electric Picnic and Castlepalooza, and worked with Ryan O'Shaughnessy on his debut EP, Blindfold.
Friday, October 2: STOLEN CITY
Dublin City-based three-piece Stolen City have built up a impressive fanbase in Ireland, off the back of a string of acclaimed pop releases. Earlier this year, they returned with their latest single, 'Sparks'.
