Following the release of her debut EP "This Heart" in 2017, Loah will release a set of remixes on a full EP.
Born Sallay Matu Garnett, Loah is an artist of Irish / Sierra Leonean origin who grew up between Maynooth and West Africa. After giving up a prosperous career as a pharmacist to focus on music full time, Loah released her debut album This Heart last year to critical acclaim.
With numerous sold-out headline shows to her name in Dublin and abroad, Loah has appeared at Electric Picnic, Body&Soul, Longitude, Cork Jazz Festival, Sounds From A Safe Harbour, and the Dublin Fringe Festival, the CCI in Paris, and performed with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra and Glen Hansard in the National Concert Hall, Dublin Castle, and Vicar Street.
She co-wrote the song "Someone New" with Hozier, and has collaborated with Villagers and Bantum, amongst others.
Now, Loah is set to release This Heart EP Remixes over a period of six weeks, beginning on Friday 16th November.

The idea for a full EP of remixes occurred over a quiet winter drink with good friend, Adam Fogarty, during which the thought of handing over the work to be reimagined seemed to offer an irresistible symmetry to the initial creation and release of This Heart. The remixes EP will toast to the end of a chapter and herald in a new 2019 full of new ideas, new music and new releases.
