As part of our Longitude Special Feature, we’ve sat down with Narolane maestro MuRli to get his expert insight into everything we can look forward to over the course of the weekend. Limerick's MuRli is going to the festival this weekend as a fan as well as a performer.
Megan Thee Stallion
She’s one of those complete artists who puts her stamp on everything she does. Even if you don’t like Megan Thee Stallion, you can’t ignore her because she’s larger than life. You’re like, ‘Man, what sort of brain does it take to be this creative in so many ways?”
Dave

Dave is one of my favourite rappers in the world, period. Whether writing or developing things, he’s just got a mastery of it. The storytelling on his last album, We’re All Alone In This Together, is off the scale. He totally sucks you into his world. The guy’s ambition – and his ability to fulfil it – is so inspiring.
Rejjie Snow
We used to bump into Rejjie quite a lot before Covid – he’s a really, really interesting artist and a nice guy as well. Now that we can travel again, I’d like to see him come back from America and be involved in the Irish scene a bit more because he has loads of experience and stuff to share. He’s got what it takes to bring it to superstar level.

Offica
The way the drill scene has blown up in Drogheda is amazing. We know some of the people behind it and they’re dreamers like us. It may take another five or ten years but we’re slowly getting to the point where people from outside Ireland are going to think, “If you want this sound, you’ve gotta go to Dublin, you’ve gotta go to Limerick, you’ve gotta go to Drogheda.” Offica and the A92 crew are definitely feeding into that.
Tyler, The Creator
For me, he’s one of the most creative guys in music and has been operating at the highest level for ten years now, which is something we aspire to. I saw Tyler once before at Longitude, but since then his music has taken an even more ambitious turn. I just love his approach.

Sello
His records are popping. He’s from Clondalkin in Dublin and leaning into drill. I think he’s got a lot of coming so, yeah, I’ll be going out of my way to see him.
