Matt Damon may have earned €908,000 per line in upcoming Jason Bourne flick
For the fourth instalment in the Jason Bourne series, actor Matt Damon may have made €908,000 per line.
According to director Paul Greengrass, Matt Damon only has 25 lines in the upcoming Jason Bourne movie.
The significance of this lies with Damon's salary in last year's The Martian, where he made €22,700,000 total with very few lines.
Many have speculated that in order to get Damon to appear in the fourth Jason Bourne movie, Universal Studios would have needed to shell out at least as much.
If that is indeed the case, it would mean that Damon would be making an outrageous €908,000 each time he spoke in the movie.
It is true that with each new Jason Bourne movie, Damon's lines have become fewer and fewer, but the fourth instalment will set a new record low.
Jason Bourne comes out later this month, on July 29, 2016.
