Meet Me at Sundown is the latest of Hibernacle's exciting and innovative events.
Hibernacle presents Meet Me at Sundown- a series of 'intimate musical adventures' taking place on Mondays & Tuesdays for three weeks in October.
Spread across two venues, October 10th, 17th and 24th will be hosted by Orlagh House and October 11th, 18th and 25th by Claregalway Castle. Each act will perform a double-header, with Monday at Orlagh House and Tuesday at Claregalway Castle.
Week one will see a performance by Paul Noonan of Bell X1, and folk star Dani Larkin. Week two will be singer- songwriter Mick Flannery accompanied by experimental folk artist E.W. Harris. For week three, two of Ireland's most powerful songwriters Gemma Hayes and Cathy Davey will join forces.
A strong sense of collaboration and creativity is present at all Hibernacle events. "Born out of a shared love for collaboration, we bring together artists, singers and musicians across genres and varying levels of their careers, to collaborate, write, sing and perform in a completely fresh and unique way," write organisers Úna Molloy, Pearse Doherty and Peter Kelly on their website.

Each show has a limited capacity of 100 tickets, making it an incredibly intimate experience. Both Orlagh House and Claregalway Castle make for beautiful and unique venue locations.
This is an initiative funded by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sports & Media.
Tickets go on sale at 11am Tuesday 13th September for €35 each.
