Michael Kiwanuka might be best known for soundtracking the antics of the Monterey Five on HBO's Big Little Lies. That said, his latest studio album KIWANUKA takes a backseat to nobody. The album celebrates all facets of the soul-folk virtuoso: pride in his Ugandan heritage, the struggle for racial equality, and self-doubt.

On Monday, it was announced that Kiwanuka will be joined by Brittany Howard – another artist whose recent solo album Jaimie celebrates black identity and self-discovery – at Trinity College, Dublin for the Sumer Series.

The outdoor performance will take place on 29th June. Tickets will go on sale this Friday, January 31st at 9am via Ticketmaster. Tickets are priced at €54.85 for this special event.
