Lost Lane will transform into a new safe and accepting queer space in November.
Mother, the club night that this year hosted the biggest Pride party in Ireland and the hugely successful LGBT+ festival, Love Sensation, is moving its weekly club night residency to Dublin's most eclectic new venue, Lost Lane.
Launching on Saturday November 16, Mother will kick off its weekly residency at Lost Lane with Mother DJs and special guests.
Following a one-off Halloween club night on the October Bank Holiday (MOTHER presents: Lost Souls @ Lost Lane), Mother will now join current club night curators Nialler9, Hidden Agenda and Sally Cinnamon.
Úna Molloy, head music booker at Lost Lane, says, "I could not be more excited about this announcement. At a time when Dublin needs it's cultural identity protected, needs new homes for it's great diversity and for people to enjoy a high quality experience, from the sound system to the tasty drinks selection, we are so lucky to be able to welcome Mother into the Lost Lane family."

Lisa Connell, Managing Editor of GCN and co-organiser of Mother adds, "With event locations and clubbing spaces in our city being increasingly squeezed out and closed to make way for hotels and student accommodation, we're really delighted to be moving to a venue that takes nightlife culture as seriously as we do at Mother. Particularly, the need for safe and accepting queer spaces which is the beating heart of why we do what we do since day one."
The Mother family will be christening this new queer space on Saturday, November 16 from 11pm. Tickets as always with their weekly club, will be available on the door at Lost Lane, located on Adam's Court, just off Grafton Street.
