Phoebe Bridger's London show featured a special guest appearance from up and coming Irish artist Nell Mescal.
Last night's (July 28) O2 Academy, Brixton performance, saw American singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers bring Irish rising star Nell Mescal on to the stage.
The two performed an acoustic version of Bridgers' track 'Georgia', a favourite from the artist's 2017 critically acclaimed debut album Strangers in the Alps.
The singer has been dating Nell's brother Paul Mescal (Normal People) allegedly since 2020, with the couple becoming red carpet official a year later.
Paul's younger sister Nell has been playing music since a young child, with her debut single 'Graduating' released earlier this month. The Irish musician has also been signed with Q Prime Management (Foals, Muse, Metallica, Declan McKenna), which promises more music to come from the starlet.
This is not the first time Bridgers has encouraged the young Mescal's career, with Nell opening for the singer at a recent performance in Soho House. Having recently moved across the pond to London, this performance signifies a big leap in the young singer's career.

Last night's London performance marks 3 out of 4 for Bridgers, who has been globally touring since April of this year. The singer's Reunion Tour has seen many acts join Phoebe on stage, such as the 1975's Matty Healy mere days before Mescal.
Nell has announced a headline London show of her own, playing one night in The Social on September 15 - you can find tickets here.
Can we smell a future collaboration from the two? Only time will tell!
