The shoot started this week and will last for at least a month on location, in Dublin City and Wicklow.
The story is set during a drug-fuelled lost weekend in Dublin, with the main character being played the by the writer himself Emmet Kirwan, a wannabe DJ who reconnects with his estranged homeless brother and recovering addict, played by Ian Lloyd Anderson, who has appeared in the likes of 'Game of Thrones' and 'Love/Hate'.
The film is being directed by Dave Tynan ('Rockmount'& 'Heartbreak') with a script co-written with Emmet Kirwan.
Emmet Kirwan and Ian Lloyd Anderson, who reprise their award-winning stage roles, are joined by a superbly talented ensemble including Sarah Greene ('Penny Dreadfu'l/'Ransom'), Seána Kerslake ('A Date for Mad Mary'/'Can’t Cope, Won’t Cope'), Mark O’Halloran ('Adam & Paul') and Stephen Jones ('Red Rock'/'Love Hate').
