Niall Horan has announced he will release his first live album with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra.
Horan's debut album Flicker topped the Irish Charts in 2017 with major hits including "Too Much To Ask", "Slow Hands" and "This Town", since going on to sell over 2.5 million copies worldwide and hit a 2.6 billion stream count.
Taking a brief break from touring, the former directioner traveled back to Dublin earlier this year to record a live version of the album's tracks with the acclaimed 45-piece RTÉ Concert Orchestra.
Now, Horan will release his first ever live album exclusively in Ireland on December 7th. Fans looking for a physical copy outside of Ireland can go to www.niallhoran.com to order a copy.
“Flicker was an album I made that came from the heart and my heart is very much in Ireland," Horan said. "Recording tracks from that album with a 45-piece orchestra was a dream come true and to be able to do it at home with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, one of the best in Europe, if not the world, was really special.”
The nine-track album will feature eight reworked songs from Horan's multiplatinum-selling debut along with one previously unreleased song, "So Long".

Speaking of why he didn't release the track until now, Horan said, “When recording the album, I could never get the production right on ‘So Long’. I played it in tour rehearsals one day and the band joined in with me. We ended up making a new version which sounds amazing live and has been part of our tour set list. I love that we can finally release a version of it now.”
Horan took to Twitter to announce the news:
